Building a stronger and resilient Educational systems post COVID-19 Leaving no One Behind
Education is a fundamental human right and is indispensable for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. However, ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all are badly affected by the closure of many schools worldwide due to the current pandemic.
Though education is mostly handled as a local issue, it often requires stakeholders including global policymakers to work with partners to support the government’s and agencies’ ability to provide inclusive and equitable quality learning opportunities for all.
We now have a choice: accept the online education systems that seek to further widen the gap and leaving the hard-to-reach and the poor out as the status quo or seize this moment to help countries to rebuild their educational system leveraging ICT and energy needs to serve everyone equally. Can that be possible?
During this proposed special webinar, experts will lead us to explore lessons learned in various countries, take a good look at what we need to change in this new age and how each of us can cultivate new, bold solutions within our countries and operating sites in order to bridge the educational gap.
Several Policymakers are looking forward to learning from our discussions on the topic.
